The garden includes many plants that have traditionally been planted in the area. They are well suited to the climate, and show how gardens in Romerike may have looked like fifty years ago.

The collections include several varietes of peonies, lilies and primroses, amongst many others. The flowering varies through the summer season, but there is always something beautiful to see.
