The collections of Nes municipality includes several sites, among them Stein school, called "the fairytale school", Funnefoss Industrial workers museum and the ruins of the old Nes church.

Opening hours at the Stein school museum 2023:
We are open in weekends from May 21 to June 19. Opening hours 12-16.
From June 20 to August 28 we are open from Wednesday to Monday from 12-16.
Guided tours, art exhibitions, cafe and museum shop.
Adults NOK 90,- and Children NOK 45,-
Stein skole opens for the season on June 3, and stays open every weekend until August 27. The museum is also open Thursdays and Fridays through weeks 25 to 33.
Our opening hours are 12:00 to 16:00.
Stein skole also contains an art gallery with rotating exhibitions.

We are open weekends from June 24 to August 20.
Here we offer guided tours and a small cafe.
