Access to the outdoor area is free. 

Tickets to the indoor exhibitions of the log driving museum and parking is for sale in the museum shops.

Cafés are located at the quay and at the Visitor Centre Wetland and offers coffee and a light snack. In the weekends the grill at the quay is open offering hot dogs and burgers. There are picnic sites and barbeques for your own use several places in the area.

The area and most exhibitions are accesible by wheelchair. Take note that the use of the floating pathways are at your own risk. The pathways may be slippery when wet, and may sway from side to side by waves from passing boats. Life jackets can be borrowed at the cafés. The pathways are accessible in summer season only.

Fishing rods, equipment for insect catching and kits for bird watching can be borrowed in the visitor centre.

Fetsund timber booms are located in Fetsund 8 km east of Lillestrøm and 20 km from Oslo. 

By car

From the E6 follow signs to Lillestrøm and then take Highway 22 to Fetsund. Follow the sign to "Fetsund lenser" just west of the river Glomma bridge. Good parking facilities. Parking fee kr. 20,- during opening hours.

By bus

Route 476, 482, 486 from Lillestrøm, Trøgstad and Bjørkelangen. Get off at "Herredshuset" or Fetsund railway station.

By train

L14 direction Kongsvinger takes 19 minutes from Oslo S and 6 minutes from Lillestrøm. Leave at Fetsund station. From Fetsund station it is about 8 minutes walk along the river to Fetsund timber booms.
